The aim of Ana’s job is to release the client from the pressure of dealing with all legal & practical obstacles ensuring that the building work is being done on time and the way they wanted even if they are away.

Any project involves bringing together a number of individuals and entities from finding an architect or surveyor to consulting with planning offices. If you are planning on a commercial accommodation property such a Casa Rural the legislation is extremely detailed requiring thorough planning. From here you will need a builder or contractor, interior designer, legal adviser, etc..

Planning & administrating your concept
Helping you to find the right architect and builder. Dealing with the Town Hall, local and provincial planning offices etc. Advising on where to buy materials both traditional and modern for building or restoring your home.

The building phase
Managing your building project from start to finish. Visiting your project at least three times a week or at any time if there is a query about the work in progress.

An e-mail report and photos every week will be sent showing the building progress.
