Planning & administrating your concept
Helping you to find the right architect and builder. Dealing with the Town Hall, local and provincial planning offices etc. Advising on where to buy materials both traditional and modern for building or restoring your home.

The building phase
Managing your building project from start to finish. Visiting your project at least three times a week or at any time if there is a query about the work in progress.

An e-mail report and photos every week will be sent showing the building progress.

Contracting utilities; water, gas, electricity, telephone, etc.
