Managing Your Home
The plan C basic contract includes the following services. Extra services are detailed below.

Your property will be aired weekly.
Your property will be cleaned once a month especially important if it has a patio (Interior courtyard) and terraces.
Special attention will be paid to dehumidifiers as they are recommended in most of the houses in Vejer and coastal areas.
The property will be kept secure checking on every visit that all doors and windows are securely locked.
All utilities and appliances will be checked and repaired if necessary.
When you leave all electrical appliances will be checked and switched off.
Monthly dilapidation report detailing any problems or recommendations regarding your property (complete with photographs where necessary).

Plan C extras include:-
Cleaning: depending on the size of your house and your needs we can provide cleaning for you during and after your visit and equally if you have clients/guests who would like cleaning during their stay.

Gardening: every house is different! Patio houses with many plants are often more time consuming than small gardens. If you have just a few plants watering them will be included in our basic maintenance at an extra cost. If you require the services of a professional gardener Ana will co-ordinate this for you.

Key holder: Ana will hold keys for you and guests/clients and will also be able to accompany guests to the house.

Welcome pack: 2 types of packs are available:

Pack A: coffee, tea, milk, cereals, bread & butter.

Pack B: coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter, jam, eggs, cheese, bacon, pasta, pepino, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, tomatoes, olives, onions, vinegar, oil, lettuce, olives, tin of tuna,

Airport collection: we can organise for you or your guests to be collected from the airport at any time of day or night.

Hot water and other services can be connected prior to you or your guests visit.
