Plan A - Project management
The standard rate is 1% of the building contract, which includes all the services as per Plan A. (minimum 600 Euros)
A contract will be drawn up detailing every aspect of the services included once the initial consultations have been made.
Plan A can also be sub-divided and different services can be contracted separately. For example:
Electricity contract: between 60-80€. This may depend on whether you have the “Certificate of end of works” (Certificado de fin de obras).
Refuse, water, and gas contract: between 60-70€
Plan B - Finishing touches
You may have bought your home already furnished and you’d like to give it a new look or you have bought an unfurnished home. Ana charges on a consultancy basis including visiting workshops, retail outlets, etc. with the client.
Fees start at around 100€ Per day.
Plan C- Managing your home
The Plan C basic package starts at 98€ however we will take into consideration the following factors when assessing your home.
- Size of house
- Floor materials (traditional brick & stone takes longer to clean than marble)
- Interior patios & terraces
- Location: in town, beach or country (note that generally beach houses require more maintenance than town houses)
Extra services:
Cleaning: 8€
Gardening & watering: 12€ per hour (Standard watering and maintenance of house plants would be included in cleaning charges)
Key holder: From 30€
Receiving your guests: 30€ (depending on the location)
Airport collection: 65€ per journey (up to 4 persons) Jerez airport. POA for other destinations.
Welcome pack: WP A: 20€
WP B: 50€
If repair work needs to be done a quote will be prepared by a professional and sent to you for your approval.
